Here’s exactly how it works.
1. Start With an Inquiry
Head to my contact form and tell me a little about what you need help with.
You don’t need to have it all figured out right now. Even if you just tell me the general problem, that’s good enough. We can figure out the rest together.
Here are some examples:
- “I need help staying organized,”
- “I’m overwhelmed and don’t know where to start.”
- “I can’t keep track of my clients.”
- “I just want more time for my personal life.”
I’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible so we can talk more.
2. We Clarify Your Needs
We can talk through email/text, or we can set up a call. I work with all kinds of personalities, so I have no problem doing what you prefer (that means if you’re introverted, we never have to actually talk). You can tell me everything going on that you’re struggling with, and I’ll ask some questions.
This is where we get clear on what you actually need (not just what you think you need), talk through priorities, and figure out what will make the biggest difference for you right now.
Even if you don’t hire me (sometimes it’s just not a good fit, and that’s okay), maybe you’ll have a better idea of what you need if you decide to talk to a different virtual assistant.
3. You’ll Get a Custom Plan
After that, I’ll send over a proposal with:
- recommended services
- scope of work
- timeline
- pricing
- contract
It helps to see it all written down and organized to see what you think and give you time to process it all.
Everything is tailored to you. I don’t do one-size-fits-all packages.
4. We Get Started
Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll sign the contract, and you’re officially my client!
I’ll let you know what info I need to get started (passwords, SOPs, etc.), and then you get to relax!
5. Ongoing Support
From there, I step in and handle everything we talked about, whether that’s organizing emails, posting on Instagram, or setting up a newsletter (the options are almost endless).
You’ll always know what’s being worked on, what’s coming next, and where things stand.
Clear communication is a priority so nothing falls through the cracks.
