Meet Your Virtual Assistant

Running a business takes focus. Keeping it running takes support.

I’m Kristin, a virtual assistant who helps women manage the behind-the-scenes part of their businesses, like the admin, ongoing projects, systems, and details that keep everything moving.

I believe support should feel steady and straightforward. No chaos, and no overcomplicated systems. Just thoughtful execution and follow-through you don’t have to double-check.

You can hand things off knowing they’ll be handled thoughtfully and finished properly.

Support that fits how you actually work.

There’s no one “right” way to run a business. I don’t push tools you won’t use or create systems that look impressive but add more work.

Instead, I learn how you operate, figure out what’s slowing things down, and build practical support around that.

That means clear organization, consistent updates you can rely on, projects that move forward without extra oversight, and a calm, steady presence behind the scenes.

You shouldn’t have to wonder where things stand.

Why I work with women running small businesses

So many women running small businesses take on more than they should. They’re capable, thoughtful, and doing real work while managing decisions, details, and day-to-day life, and so often without enough support.

Feeling overwhelmed isn’t a personal flaw. It’s what happens when you’re holding everything together for too long. My role is to make your work more manageable, so you can enjoy all parts of your life without added stress.

A little about me...

I’m a low-key person at heart. I like slow mornings, simple routines, and to-do lists that are actually doable. I have a playlist for every mood and moment because it helps me make sense of life.

When I’m not working, I’m usually with my husband and our dachshund (she’s my baby). I love reading, baking, embroidery, and getting completely absorbed in whatever show I’m binge-watching at the moment.

That same steady, thoughtful energy carries into how I support my clients. I pay attention, I follow through, and I care about the details.
